Oprah Winfrey is turning the giant screens and immersive technology of the Sphere in Las Vegas into the setting for a three-day live experience focused on personal reflection, music and storytelling.
“Oprah Winfrey’s AHA” is scheduled for April 2-4 and grew out of Winfrey’s experience attending U2’s opening run at the venue in 2023. She said the Sphere’s scale suggested a different kind of event built around visual immersion rather than a conventional stage presentation.
The program is expected to include Grammy-winning musician Jacob Collier, poet Ocean Vuong and other performers and creative collaborators. Composers and designers involved include Max Richter, Jon Hopkins and Es Devlin.
The project extends Winfrey’s post-talk-show work across live events, podcasts and media production. Public ticket sales are scheduled to begin Sept. 25.
