Trevora News aims to publish accurate, fair and clearly sourced journalism. We distinguish verified facts from analysis, opinion and claims made by third parties.

Sources and verification

We prioritize primary sources, official documents and on-the-record statements whenever possible. When relying on other news organizations, we attribute the information and avoid presenting unverified claims as established fact. Significant or disputed claims should be checked against additional reliable evidence when available.

AI-assisted production

AI tools may assist with research, drafting, translation, summarization, headline options, formatting and workflow automation. They do not replace editorial responsibility. Articles intended for publication are reviewed for factual accuracy, sourcing, clarity, duplication and potential misleading language before they go live.

Images and visual material

We use images only when we have a reasonable basis to use them under an appropriate license or permission. Illustrative or contextual images are identified when they do not depict the specific event described in the article. We do not use AI-generated visuals in a way that could mislead readers into believing they are documentary photographs.

Conflicts, fairness and independence
